Providing immediate financing mechanism(s) to keep our public and private hospitals solvent and open
Reasonably increasing the level of reimbursement to health care providers for Medicaid and Quest patients
Work with our Congressional delegation, State and Federal Administration to raise the level of Medicare reimbursement.
Provide tax and other financial incentatives to attract/retain specialist, especially in rural and on neighbor islands
Provide best training for 1st responders (Fire/EMS)
Work with non-profits and State agencies to Ôpromote Aging-in-place' programs and option
